Testifying before the US House of Representatives in February 2002

The following link shows me testifying for nearly 4 hours in front of the US House of Representatives. What I learned from that experience is that many times we don't care about the truth.......It seems to me that the truth is what everyone should strive to understand. Just think about how powerful a leader is when there is trust that they are always telling the TRUTH!!!
